Junior Program is designed for Teens. In this program you’ll learn more advanced techniques of Goal setting, Self-discipline, Perseverance, Respect, Self-Confidence, Self-Control, Self-Improvement, Personal Safety, Belief, Self- Esteem, Fitness, Coordination, Flexibility and Communication Skills.
Teaches Achievement and Accomplishment: The awarding of the higher level TKD belts gives the child a sense of Achievement and Accomplishment! We keep this very much in mind through each session of training. Training for these tests and passing them enhances the child’s ability to concentrate, plan for triumph over learning hurdles and life challenges.

Goals: The major goal of this program is to introduce and advance junior students in the philosophy of Tae Kwon Do, leadership, follow instructions, socializing with other children their own age, learning their right from their left, basic punching blocking, and kicking techniques.
